Bold and Italicised text making a bold, but oblique statement
Heading One - It Should Be Bigger and Bolder
Heading Three - It should be not quite as big, and not quite as bold
Some quoted text to show how inline quotes are handled:
I wandered lonely as a Cloud
That floats on high o'er Vales and Hills,
When all at once I saw a crowd
A host of dancing Daffodils;
Along the Lake, beneath the trees,
Ten thousand dancing in the breeze.
Strike through text because this is bad text, bad, bad, bad
Some text with a superscript SuperText

The following is a long paragraph with a selection of embedded formatting:
"Good morning everyone, I'd like you to meet the newest member of my family". Mrs Nordquist(1) beamed at the group scattered around the furniture in the day room. She always referred to her lodgers as her family; it was a little silly but also rather sweet. Much like Mrs Nordquist herself. "This is Mr Weis, Mr Stan... Stanaslow...?" She seemed unsure "Mr Stanaslow Weis. He's just arrived from Poland, Europe". She swept a pudgy and many ringed hand in the direction of the figure seated in the wingback chair. A slim, pale man stood, his back very straight, the creases in his suit pants knife-sharp.
"It is Stanislaw. But now I am in America it will be Stanley, like the joke man in the movies with his fat friend. I am Stan White, I will be an American. A fresh... A new... forgive my English is not good yet. A new land a new a life. Home of the Free".
He smiled stiffly, his teeth very white.
The small crowd smiled back and there was a ripple of self-conscious applause."He's really pale" whispered Sammy(2). "Sshh..." Hissed Katy(3). "But he is, his hair is almost white and his eyes are blue like Mama's best china. Do you think he eats Oxydol for breakfast". "Ssshhh!" Hissed Katy again but giggled.
The newly minted Mr White walked around the room and formally introduced himself to the other members of Mrs Nordquist's family. He was very polite. He even introduced himself to the children. Katy sniffed her hand after Mr Weis had shaken it "He smells nice. Like flowers and spices". Sammy clucked his tongue "It's just his aftershave. Or hair oil". But he silently agreed; Mr Weis did smell nice. Papa usually smelled of sweat and oil from his day at the docks. Mr Dunning was very old and smelled sort-of-damp, and sometimes worse. Mr Brown smelled of tobacco and his breath was often cloying sweet. But Mr Weis smelled nice, and his hand had been so soft, not like the oaken hardness of Papa's hand.
