It's been 5 years since the final assault to end the ISIS caliphate in Iraq & Syria. But intelligence sources say the threat hasn't just disappeared, in fact there are signs the group is more active now than it has been for some time. Just this month, U.S. Special Forces units conducted the largest anti-ISIS raids in years in the western desert of Iraq – the targets were ISIS commanders and senior lieutenants plotting and organizing the group's comeback. While the world's attention is now on the conflict between Israel and Hezbollah, could the fighting be creating power vacuums across the region for ISIS to exploit?
