Gaza one year on

A year has passed since the genocide, destruction, displacement, and hunger. Our words have run dry; there are no longer sufficient terms to describe the horrors we endure. The anniversary of October 7 is particularly painful for all residents of Gaza, as the intensity of the bombardment has escalated. More areas face evacuation and imminent strikes. Thousands have been forced to sleep in the streets, and there are countless farewells that seem never-ending.
